Civil / Criminal Pre-Trial Investigations 

These types of investigations utilize interviews, interrogations, surveillance, and research (of public and private records) to obtain evidence (Statements, Photographs, Diagrams, Videotapes) and documentation on a specific issue.  This method produces factual results that can be used to prove or disprove allegations. Recent court decisions appear to affect these methods, however, when used within the legal realm, they are effective and worthwhile tools for case preparation and execution.

Criminal Court, Civil Court, and Public Record Research and Retrieval: Our personnel are intimately familiar with the civil and criminal justice court systems and are adept at identifying, locating and obtaining records not only from pending open, but also closed files and files in archives and "dead storage" units.  Our Investigators know exactly where and who exactly has the info. You give us the assignment and we will get you the records, as much or as little as you need. 

Interviews and or Interrogations

   SafeTek utilizes expert interviewing and interrogation techniques. These tools are used to interview suspects, victims, informants, employees, witnesses or others involved in a malfeasance. This process is very delicate and there are various legal issues to consider. Our firm has conducted thousands of successful interviews and we have successfully testified in court regarding our work product. We are sensitive to the legal and confidentiality issues involved and can provide our clients with a product that can be found ethical, professional and efficient.

   Witness Location: Utilize our national computer databases; on-line sources, confidential resources and investigative techniques can locate witnesses as needed to appear in court, both civil and criminal.

Process Service

We specialize in difficult service.  We serve the papers that the regular process servers and marshals return un-served.  Can't find the person or business to serve? Then go to our Locating People section and we can find them for you.  We also offer regular process service.  Regular process service is assigned to a process server for a routine service with a flat fee.  

Small Claims Package

We prepare & file the small claims actions.  We serve the defendant with the claim and order.  We file the proofs of service with the court.  All you have to do is show up for the hearing.

Photography

We have specialist in photography of accident scenes & vehicles.  We also photograph locations in dispute, or for identification or for infidelity purposes.  Photography fees are billed on time & mileage plus any film and development costs.
